Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 March 2026

By using Roast My Page ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Nature of the service

The service provides automated feedback on publicly accessible web pages and related content. Output is generated using AI and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Provided "as is"

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that the analysis will be accurate, complete, or that following any suggestion will improve traffic, conversions, rankings, or any other outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on its output — including business losses, loss of profit, or decisions you make based on the analysis.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable).

Intellectual property

We do not claim ownership of third-party websites, page content, or trademarks you ask us to analyse. The service does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond what is necessary to display your results for personal or internal business use. You must not misrepresent our output as an endorsement by the owner of any site we analyse.

URLs you submit

You must have the right to submit any URL you provide, and you must not use the service to infringe anyone else's rights or break applicable laws. You are responsible for your use of the output and for complying with laws that apply to you.

We may record hostnames and related usage metrics as described in our Privacy Policy.

Pro screenshots and hosted images

Where available, Pro features may include a rendered full-page screenshot and visual critique. Images may be stored on our infrastructure so we can show your report. If you believe a screenshot or link should be taken down (for example copyright or privacy concerns), contact us via Removal requests. We will use reasonable efforts to assess genuine requests; we may ask for information to verify your role.

Public content only

We access publicly available website content for analysis purposes. We do not design the service to bypass authentication, paywalls, or other access restrictions, and you must not attempt to use it to obtain content you are not entitled to view.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, probe or attack our systems, overload infrastructure, scrape or automate the service in a way that harms availability, or use it for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes. You must not submit malware, attempt to access others' accounts, or use the service to harass individuals or organisations.

Automated or bulk use to scan many third-party sites (for example serial competitor benchmarking), spam URL submissions, or attempts to bypass usage limits (including by rotating networks, accounts, or cookies) is not permitted without our prior written agreement. The service is for reasonable manual use and landing-page feedback, not as a high-volume crawling or benchmarking API.

Do not submit URLs whose primary purpose is to distribute malware, phishing, illegal content, or sexually explicit material aimed at adults, or other unlawful material. We may refuse analysis, withhold output, apply technical limits, or restrict access where content or use falls outside these rules, including suspension of paid access where appropriate.

More detail on fair use and enforcement: Acceptable use policy.

If you see security issues or abusive behaviour, report it via Abuse and security. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms.

Paid features

Paid features, if offered, are subject to the checkout and payment terms shown at purchase. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable except as stated at the point of sale.

Changes and termination

We may change or discontinue the service with reasonable notice where appropriate. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are not legal advice. If you need certainty for your organisation, consult a qualified professional.
