Acceptable use policy
Last updated: 1 April 2026
This policy explains how we expect Roast My Page to be used. It supplements our Terms of Service. Rate limits and technical safeguards are not a substitute for these rules: both apply.
Fair use and intended purpose
The service is for feedback on individual marketing-style pages you have a legitimate reason to review (for example your own site, a client's page with permission, or occasional competitor checks). It is not designed for unattended or high-volume scanning of many third-party sites, "benchmark factories", or resale of bulk reports.
Automation and bulk access
You must not script, bot, or automate the service to submit large numbers of URLs, to refresh results excessively, or to evade limits. You must not use multiple identities, networks, or tools mainly to circumvent quotas or monitoring.
If you need higher volume, integration, or commercial use, contact us first via Contact.
Harmful, adult, and illegal content
Do not submit URLs whose primary purpose is to distribute malware, phishing, scams, hate content, non-consensual imagery, child sexual abuse material, or other illegal content. Sexually explicit pages aimed at adults are outside the product's intended scope; we may refuse analysis without reviewing the full page.
Enforcement
We may throttle or block requests, refuse specific URLs, remove or withhold output, require verification, or suspend or terminate access (including paid access where applicable) if we reasonably believe this policy or the Terms are breached. Decisions may use automated signals and manual review.
To report abuse or security issues, use Abuse and security.
